Good Training Session
Started off with a good 15km run followed by 2km biking.
Next was an hour and a half of heavy weight and body weight resistance training.
Followed by an hour of boxing training and sparring. Finished up with 2km of swimming laps.
What a long day to get myself back into perfect conditioning after taking some time off. Another hard workout tmr after school wooooo

Had a long 11 hour shift yesterday....
So friggen exhausted and I just finished homework the past 3 hours and finished shoveling like 4 feet of snow off of our triple garage driveway..I just want to sleep…but fuck work in about 10 hours
